Disposable Cartridges

ARIES disposable cartridges are an ideal solution for laboratories, small-scale industrial and pilot plant applications needing Type I, reagent grade water. ARIES cartridges are also used to process chemical solutions and remove contaminants from water and wastewater streams. ARIES disposable cartridges offer convenience, performance and versatility.

The complete ARIES line of disposable cartridges is manufactured in our state of the art production facility, located in Cherry Hill, NJ. ARIES disposable cartridges are made of the finest quality materials utilizing the latest fabrication techniques and contain the most advanced ion exchange resins and adsorbent medias available today.

Cartridges are available with a wide variety of traditional and specialized ion exchangers and activated carbons. In addition, combination cartridges accomplish several stages of purification in a single cartridge. Traditional applications include the removal of: dissolved solids, chlorine, organics, heavy metals, precious metals, colloids and other contaminants. High purity cartridges are available to provide ultrapure, 18+ megohms, low TOC water for use in analytical application's.

Molded end caps are designed with support grids and screens to give even flow distribution and insure maximum cartridge capacity by utilizing the entire media bed. Flow rates ranging from 1 to 60 gallons per hour (3.8 to 227 Lph) are easily accommodated.

ARIES disposable cartridges have been designed for use in the ARIES High Purity loop. Nipple end cartridges are available with either hose barb or 1/8" NPT connections for low-pressure applications. Cartridge end caps can be customized to accommodate a variety of quick connect, NPT and tube fittings.

Replacement cartridges are available for Barnstead*, Millipore**, Ametek*** and other competitive systems. Custom cartridges can be designed for use in many other applications. Contact ResinTech, Inc. for your local distributor or for additional information.
